Major cleanroom and dry room renovation with logistically challenging preparations for Phase II of project. Scope includes cleanrooms, dry rooms, architectural, HVAC, environmental and humidity monitoring, and interstitial piping relocations.

Furnished and installed architectural package for ISO7 semiconductor cleanroom. Scope included walls, ceilings, doors, windows, HEPA filters, and raised plenum floors.
Micron Semiconductor RMF Project
Installation of 75,000 SF of raised plenum flooring.
Sanofi
We completed a 420 SF cold room with a temperature control of 2C to 8C. This room is used for material products storage in the building.
Alcami
We completed a 800 SF cold room with a temperature control of 2C to 8C with a typical set point of 5C. This room is used for pharmaceutical storage. We used 4” insulated metal wall and ceiling panels.
NASA Greenbelt, MD

Completed demolition and fitout of data center. Including overhead grid system for critical systems attachment, as well as preparation of room for upgrades.
