New Bioprocessing Facility

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design assist and construction of a new manufacturing bioprocessing facility for a leading CMO. With a tight schedule, modular components were on the project site within 4 weeks of the start of the project.

CLEANROOM DETAILS
The project was constructed with 1/2” liner panels over steel studs for both walls and ceilings. Scope of the project also included LED lighting, HEPAs, doors, windows, passthroughs and all stainless steel accessories.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Design assist working interactively with the building architect
• Self-supported architectural system within an existing building shell
• Close coordination of intensive utility systems above the ceilings and in the walls.
• Interlocks tied in with both swing and high-speed roll-up doors.
