Design/build/commissioning of a new manufacturing facility of single-use products to be used in gene therapy and bioprocess manufacturing facilities. Project included the master planning of the 210,000 sf facility, and the design of the fit-out of this facility in three phases. The development phases are developed concurrent with ongoing manufacturing operations.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Design/build/commissioning of a new manufacturing facility of single-use products to be used in gene therapy and bioprocess manufacturing facilities. Project included the master planning of the 210,000 sf facility, and the design of the fit-out of this facility in three phases. PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Master plan, concept and Phase 1 detailed design developed in 6 weeks.
Hybrid modular system installation using 1⁄2” liner panels on steel studs and 2” modular wall panels.
Composite structural deck on cold-formed steel studs to support air handlers and utilities.

SPECIAL DETAILS
Self-supported box-in-box solution, using a cold-formed structural steel trellis frame to independently support all utilities and systems independent of the building structure.
