Doylestown, PA – March 10, 2025 – CleanSpace, a leader in modular cleanroom design and construction, is pleased to announce the appointment of William (“Bill”) Rieser as Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, Bill will oversee all legal matters for CleanSpace, providing strategic guidance on compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and contractual oversight as the company continues its rapid growth.

Bill brings extensive legal expertise, having previously served as a Partner at The Gold Law Firm, P.C., where he focused on employment law, compliance, and litigation. He has represented businesses and individuals in complex legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contract disputes, and employment law. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Widener University, where he graduated cum laude. Recognized for his excellence in the field, he has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2019-2021) and Super Lawyer (2022-2023).
