Doylestown, PA (July 19, 2022)  CleanSpace, a turnkey solution provider serving cleanroom, clean space and cold storage clients nationwide, is excited to welcome Kim Marino to their team as their new Director of Preconstruction. In her new role reporting to the Vice President of Preconstruction, Marino will manage a wide range of national projects across the company.  

Marino has over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and technical market sectors where she has continually tackled challenges throughout her estimating career with creative and flexible solutions. She has vast understanding of developing a timely budget, assisting in preconstruction and mechanical design for budget purposes, as well as tracking historical pricing with clients for in the life sciences construction industry.
