Rick Griffith, as the Director of Construction, brings over 15 years of experience in leading the design and development of complex construction projects. His expertise in steering projects from inception through to completion ensures the highest standards of quality are met in every endeavor.

Rick’s portfolio includes a variety of significant projects, such as the renovation of the AtlantiCare Mainland Campus Pharmacy in Pomona, NJ, and the construction of the Biogen Gene Therapy Manufacturing Facility in Morrisville, NC. The latter, involving 25,000 SF of cleanrooms within a 200,000 SF facility, showcases his proficiency in managing intricate cleanroom environments.

His role in the groundbreaking project for a Confidential Client in College Station, TX, and Billingham, UK, highlights his ability to contribute to projects that set global standards in the industry. Additionally, his work on the Par Pharmaceuticals Aseptic Manufacturing Suite D in Rochester, MI, and various other projects like Bayer in Myerstown, PA, and Baxalta Pharmaceuticals in Covington, GA, further demonstrate his comprehensive skill set in the construction field.

Educated at Montgomery County College in Business Management and trained at Villanova University in Project Management, Rick’s academic background complements his extensive field experience. His certifications in Essentials of Project Management, Mastering Project Management, and PMP Prep underline his commitment to professional excellence.

In his leadership role, Rick is renowned for his critical problem-solving skills and his ability to ensure that projects not only meet deadlines but also exceed expectations in terms of quality.
