Tyler Jones, as the Preconstruction Manager, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the realm of construction management, particularly in the design and preconstruction phases of significant projects. His leadership has been instrumental in setting new global standards in facilities design, notably in the advanced therapies and vaccine manufacturing sectors.
Tyler’s involvement in critical projects, like the expansive development in College Station, TX, and Billingham, UK, reflects his capacity to oversee projects that are not only vast in scope but also pioneering in their field. This work includes transforming a Texas site into the largest single-use CDMO campus in North America.
His portfolio includes a diverse range of projects for multiple confidential clients. These projects have ranged from complete renovations of existing buildings to managing site construction portfolios across various locations, including North Carolina, Michigan, Puerto Rico, Ontario, and Quebec.
Educated at the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a BS in Construction Management and an AAS in Architectural Technology, Tyler combines his in-depth academic knowledge with practical field experience. He is also a member of the ISPE-Delaware Valley Chapter and certified in OSHA 30.
In his role, Tyler is committed to ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with CleanSpace’s core values and standards.
Outside of his professional life, Tyler is a devoted family person who finds immense joy in cherishing moments with his spouse and children.
